Frank is in his third year as coach of the Phoenix White team. Over the years, Frank has played with various men's ice hockey teams and has previous coaching experience with the YMCA. The Phoenix is a family affair for the Woods' family as Frank's wife and daughter both play on the Phoenix Blue team.
